- The product must be returned undamaged.

Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions.
- We will then process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless you request an alternative method.
Exceptions
- Please note that some items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene or other reasons. if this is the case it will be clearly stated on the product page.
- Damaged items due to customer negligence may not be refunded. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from their use in a manner other than what is necessary to familiarize themselves with the nature and properties of the goods.
